The Vizards Are Now Prepared To Battle Against Aizen.

In the battlefield of real world, the giant force of the Vice Captains and Captains headed by the General Commander Yammamoto is now lossing their chance to fully beat the group of Aizen as the two of one of the powerful captains in Gotie 13, Ukitake and Shunsui, are seriously injured especially Ukitake who was easily stabbed by Wonderweiss. At first, everyone in the group of shinigami was get surprised by the entrance of Wonerweiss and Superchunky during in the battle.


The appearance of the two beasts made the group of Aizen alot stronger and made the situation in the battle of captains critical. In this situation, one second in a sudden, the group of Vizards came headed by Shinji, a former captain in the black pendulum time, to say hello to Aizen and aimed for revenge. And now, the vizards are standing against Aizen and prepared to battle with their full power. We are now nearly(I hope so) about to witness the different abilities of every vizards using their hollow mask in bankai form. How exciting to up for thier battle! Isn't it exciting?

USEP for Intranet and Extranet

As far as I can bare my affirmative concern, the idea of integration of Intranet and Extranet in the school , University of Southeastern Philippines or con USEP, has still a long way to go. Extranet and intranet are very important things for every establishments, company, business groups, and as well as school in aiming an organized, centralized and security controlled data and information management system and business communication system inside the organization.

The University must come up with a certain idea on how Intranet and Extranet can be productive and helpful as it is being imposed and used inside the organization. That is for sure that a lots of students, faculty, staff, and employees would be able to benefit through a proper implementation of these kind of Internet technologies.


INTRANET FOR USEP

Through coming up with the idea of having systematic analysis for proper implementation of Intranet in the school, It is good to know first past and present flaws regarding with the management of data and information in the organization. Since Intranet is involved, the school must implement first a private network using TCP/IP suit protocol that will allow access to all members in the organization such as employees, facullty, staff, and student as well. Acess controll must still take place to all the members or employees in accessing the central data and information system and this will enable the school will establish centralized access of data and information inside the institution. Through this proper implementation of Intranet in the school, every students and employees shall have the control in access to the data and information and shall be able also to protect the privacy of everyone in the organization. This also will help to control the secuirty of data and information system. Through this private network, UseP could be able to manage the distribution of information inside the school and many would be able to share to others its resources to maxamize the use of internet.


EXTRANET FOR USEP

The University may also implement Extranet to extend the distribution and access of data and information outside the school. I must say that Extranet is a big help for the school to extend its access outside to maxime the efficiency of the Internet technology. Within the private network, the admin could find another resources outside and could have information sharing by both parties. Thus, the university may be able to supply the demands of the education of the students and can help the government as well.

Taking Second Chance

Looking throughout my entirety as young individual in this world with the sense of purpose of living became a some sort of gloomy to understand as what my poor and young mind tries to comprehend what is it truly about. Upon pondering all the questions and thoughts that lead to some sort of uncertainty and agony, I must give my self the courage and motivation to stand against all the odds that come on my way. There is no easy way for me to flee my personal odds and endeavors because I bare them up in my daily life.

Maybe the one of the toughest odds I have been encountered these past few months since the year 2008 ends was about my family struggles and this became a big wall for me to get through forward to my personal responsibilities in school. Hence, I can't help my self to get affected by what was going on and all I know is to be strong and patient. Still, I tried to keep my self on the right tract and hold my faith to Him.

Now, I'm taking my second chance to bring back the life and all the things that have been apart to me during the days I became weak. Taking the second chance that ought me to take up all my outdated responsibilities in my self and school as well. I know I became weak and now I apologize for those everyone who I get affected to this.

The days were fast moving and all of a sudden I was not able to notice this. All I can do for now is to regain back my spirit and step forward to up the days that I was not able to cope at. So through Him, I will be tougher physically and mentally this next days.

Honest Scrap Award

These passed few weeks, I received a message from GHIE, a new friend in blogging, that she is giving me the award, Honest Scrap Award. I did not expect this so I just glad to receive this. However, I had some plans for my new and first post for 2009. Since I received this award, I decided to post my first entry for this year. I have been into some difficulties this past weeks in keeping tract of my school responsibilities before I post this.

1. I am observant. I always do observing something that is unusual to me. Once I got to know such things that's the time I do some actions.
2. I am teaser. In a right time, I love to tease my closed friends and cousins about their crushes and secrets.
3. I love to draw. Since then, I love to draw especially cartoons and comic and anime characters.
4. I love garlic and onion. Of all food spices, I love to smell and eat onion and garlic.
5. I am couch potato person. When I got home, I usually spent my time in watching TV after I finished my assignments and exams.
6. I am an artist. During High School days, I joined some theater accent activities and drawing contest activities. I love to see artful things such as abstracts and paintings.
7. I am serious. Everything that I do in my life, mostly, I take it seriously.
8. I am patient. I have a strong patience in terms of dealing with my friends and classmates' attitude. I hate people who are boastful where there's none to boast about their selves yet I still hold on my patience.
9. I am a peace person. I hate noise and clutters in and out of home and school.
10. I am naughty. I always think where and when is the right time to become a naughty one to other people that it will come out a joke and not a disgusting one and would hurt them.

Year 2009 - An Another Year To Start.

Over twelve months of year 2008, I have been into roller coaster of emotions in dealing with my everyday life. Perhaps, I don't have a perfect life which I think It doesn't exist because there's no such perfect life and nothing is constant in this world. From recalling all the things that were happened, I may say that I have been able to learn a lot from my family, friends, classmates, teachers and even more to my personal experiences regarding with making decisions and actions. However, I have be able to place them in my past and took them as part of my personal growth as an individual who continued to search learnings.

What's most important of all is that all the things were happened in the year 2008 have helped me to become a better person and this year 2009 I'll strive I may able to apply them for a better output from whatever input I may take into. Year 2009 is an another year start a good things for a whole year of blessed and prolific one. I may think what's enstore for me this year yet I must think that It is still depend on me how I will going to take my life this year in regards with my responsibilities in school, home and in the community.

However, I must start the year with full of life and wisdom- good health (physically, metally, and spiritually) with joy and courage and have a good relation to my friends and family. I think, that's the best thing to start the year.

From early week of December, christmas songs were already aired and heared from every radio stations, christmas parties were already planned and started, christmas carrols were also heared sang by most children, and christmas decors such as huge christmas trees and colorful christmas lights were also seen from inside and outside of every home and stablishments. All these things have been always part of showing the christmas spirit to everyone. Now, we most feel the spirit of Christmas and from this time, Christmas day is near, just hours to go.

Christmas season is the most celebrated season of the year by most Christian people in the world and especially by most Filipino. Christmas is not only about gift giving and having grand celebrations but it is most about remembering the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ. This season is the most exciting and colorful season of the year especially for children.

Strange But True: Pregnant Man?

Upon reading the previous issued journal magazine, Bato Balani, For Science and Technology, a 2006-2007 issue, I have found out a strange fact about a man in India, Sanju Bhagat carried a baby inside his womb about thirty six years. It was reported that baby was his twin and this medical condition is very rare and was called Fetus in fetu. His swelled out belly caused him to have in breath difficulty according to doctors.

Hence, he was rushed to Hospital in June 1999 and the doctors had an initial suspection that this man has gigantic tumor in his body. As the doctors cut deeper into Bhagat's stomach, fluids were came out and a very strange of boned limbs, genitalia, hair and jaws were found inside his body as well as the hands and feet were fully developed. There have found out that there was half-formed creature was developed inside his womb.

Sanju Bhagat's medical condition was an extremely rare abnormality. What made him look like pregnant was because of his physical condition. This is a kind a striking news for me about human physical condition even this news was late to me. Upon reading this, what is your assessment regarding with this strange condition?

In a world where the existence of human becomes more populated across all over the world that keeps us moving on forward as economic and technological developments are concerned. Our existence in this world is truly noticeable by what different trends we are demanding and arguing about technology the way how and what it should be base on the needs of our existence as human wants to live life to the fullest.

Talking about existence in this world, I, myself, have been once reflected about a true deeper meaning of existence as this quote, “I think therefore I exist”, from a geometrician, Rene Descartes, took place in my mind as given and emphasized by our Professor in our Future Technology class. Reflecting this to my self physically is therefore I exist and reading this right now absolutely you are existing because you and I, wrote this, are consciously thinking. However, the importance of existence is not only focusing on physical aspect but also in moral aspect. In this way, we can be able to reflect why we are existing in this world and do we truly exist right now in terms of preparations for the coming future. Simply what the moral of this quote, “I think therefore I exist”, as what I have understood, is that thinking of what we must do right now and having plans in preparation for tomorrows and in the near future thus we can think we are existing. Hence, in such way, we could be able to achieve the true moral existence in this world as a person – student, young citizen of the country, son and child to Heavenly God.

By conceiving this moral idea, I am always trying my best to fully exist in this world and perhaps my best was not good enough to fully live this idea in my personal and career life. Sometimes I could say that I am emotionally and physically weak however I didn't give up and I always make sure that I am spiritually strong which have helped me to strengthen my weakness in such other way.

In reflecting and living this moral quote, “I think therefore I exist”, do you think therefore do you exist? By leaving this question, I hope you may be able to reflect this quote to your selves.

Taking Place of Professionalism

From every corner of ideas from nowhere, here comes struck in my mind about Professionalism by the idea of thinking about my self worthy to be called as IT professional. Since the day I have got to know some professional people in the past especially how they deal with one another, I realized that being professional in my own field of work must has to start at my own way of perceiving and attaining the ideal of professionalism. In that way, I may know what I must do in dealing with other professionals and where the professionalism is taking place.

According to American dictionary that the term profession is a vocation requiring knowledge of some department of learning or science and Professionalism is exhibited by one of the "professional character, spirit or methods" or the "standing, practice, or methods of a professional as distinguished from an amateur."

Significance of Technology

At this modern era, technology has been the forefront of research and developments all over
the industries in the world. Existence of centers of research and development in technology is gaining the attention of community of every industries and is ruling the trends of business operations in the world. Thus, technology is created and developed for a better purpose and that purpose exhibits us reasons why we have to use technology today. Such reasons are enumerated below in my own perspective.

- minimize the time of work we are spending for.

- maximize the output of what we are working for through effective usage of it.

- achieve the effective and accurate management of works and information.

- create an effective and faster communication and transportation.

- establish healthy and effective competition among different parties in business and

academic areas.

- monitor and prevent the growing threats in the society and country such as terrorisms and

diseases.

There are some points of using technology have influenced us such as we use technology because of what is the new trends nowadays and because of the convenience and effectiveness may bring to everyone and to all businesses. These points are regards of how technology brings and perceives to us in our daily lives today and even tomorrow. It is also a matter of how we take and use technology daily that it can improve the quality of life of us and to other people and to the country.

Technology also changed by different factors involved as time gone by:

- Human necessity also changes through their growing needs.

- Industrial and social trends are moving, growing and changing.

- Human mind is continuously exploring and discovering.

Furthermore, technology has to be used the way it should be for a better purpose in order for it to become an effective one. Through this way, technology will be a great collaborator of human in aiming for peace, quality and progress in life.
